There are currently five lively congregations in the greater Maitland area, each offering a unique expression of communities that are engaging faith, justice, and community, undergoing rapid change.

The Uniting Church began in the region during the 1840s and has continued to respond to the changing needs of the region, offering social support and hospitality, and engaging with the wider community in developing equity and justice for the common good.
As Maitland continues to grow the Uniting Church is looking for new ways to inspire and bring hope within a region undergoing rapid change.
Local facilities provide venues for community events, classes in well-being and creativity, and social gatherings. Enquiries about hall bookings, as well as weddings, baptisms and funerals can be made through the contact page.
